If you would like to join us in operating or maintaining this historic model railway, why not become a member.
The clubrooms are open to members on Mondays and Thursdays between 7.30pm and 10.00pm all year round.
On Mondays we aim to run the railway. This gives everyone the opportunity to learn how to operate the different ‘boxes’ and put the railway through its paces.
On Thursdays, we concentrate on maintaining the railway, including the permanent way, scenery, signalling, locomotives and rolling stock.
Annual membership is just £25.00* for adults and £12.00* for juniors.

*membership runs from January to December. All junior members must be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst attending the clubrooms.
Become a patron
If membership isn’t for you, becoming a patron enables you to support the ongoing work of the Society. For a minimum annual donation of £30.00*, you’ll receive free access to the ten public open days held each year, plus any special events. You’ll also receive a newsletter twice a year, to keep you up to date with what’s happening in the Society.
